HLN Resource Allowance Information and Claim Form
Families with HLN learners who registered for the year prior to September 30 are entitled to a resource allowance reimbursement. Educational expenses that can be claimed for the resource allowance may include field trips, workshops, books, educational games, supplies for (e.g.) art, metal work, gardening, or science projects, tickets to museums and cultural events (e.g. symphony, live theatre, ballet), paper and pens, tutoring, musical instruments.
Working Alone Monitoring System Account Info
WSBC has determined that SelfDesign MUST have a Lone Worker Monitoring Program implemented for ALL contractors (workers) it covers under WSBC. In order for SelfDesign to continue to operate, all such contractors (workers) MUST be trained in how to use this system when working alone. In this form, we gather the information and establish agreements for using the system.
